This private family dental practice in Yorkshire was a new venture for a husband and wife team who had previously worked seperately. The clients gave us a clear idea of the ambience they wanted to create within the practice but needed our help to bring the surgical and non surgical design elements together and wanted the interior to be sympathetic to the local area and their target demographic client base.
The vision was ‘boutique coffee shop’ – to bring warmth, rusticity and a ‘shabby chic’ feel to the open plan reception and waiting space.
We created a beautiful colour pallet of sage, raspberry and oyster and utilised a mix of contemporary solid surface materials, unique and upcycled furniture and luxurious wallpaper and warm velvet textures together to create an eclectic mix.
We created a ‘kiddie zone’ with blackboard wallpaper, low cube seating and a desk for colouring and reading to entertain little people. Signage was made from individual antique silver letters and the product display was in a vintage wooden and glass cabinet.
